Introduction: Bai graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Liaoning Provincial Art Teachers' Normal University and started working at Kangping County Cultural Center. In 1986, he went to Tieling City Painting Academy to serve as a full-time painter and dean. During his work in Tieling, he served as the vice-chairman of Tieling Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the chairman of Tieling Artists Association. In 2003, he started his work at Panjin Liaohe Painting Academy as the dean. The same year, he was honored as a national first-class artist.
Notable accomplishments: Bai has held solo exhibitions and joint exhibitions in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and other countries. Published monographs including "New Meticulous Painting of Flowers and Birds Representing Realistic Techniques", "Flying in the Sky, “Jade Wall Wind Movement", "Selected Works of New Meticulous Paintings" and so on.
Professional memberships and appointments: Bai is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the vice-chairman of the Liaoning Artists Association, director to the Art Committee of the North China Academy of Painting, and a delegate of the Sixth National Congress of the Chinese Artists Association.
Painting Description: The plum blossom is a delicate representation of both tranquility and fairness. It is used to describe a person with an uncompromising character and having the ability to solve problems without being noticed by others. “It was difficult to tell from a distance whether she is a snow or a plum blossom, but one can tell from the scent whether she is a snow or plum blossom”. It describes those who do good deeds, influence people through their actions, and don't seek recognition for it.
