To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested by email before being sent back. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be processed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll follow up with you promptly regarding your refund status. If everything is in order, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
