  1. Where do you ship?

For now, we ship across Canada and the United States, and we will provide free standard shipping direct to your home. For customers outside of Canada and the US, please contact Customer Service for more information.

 

  1. How much is eligible for free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on almost all of our items. Please check our estimated delivery time for more information. We also provide express shipping for a flat rate of $20. As we ship from different countries, duties may apply (In most cases, our products will not be charged tariffs. There is no guarantee that tariffs will not be charged;If so, the customer needs to pay the customs duties).

 

  1. How is my item packed?

Most of our art prints and collectible art are packed in plastic tubes independently and well protected.

Ready-to-Hang products with an inner frame will be packed in boxes.

Original art and handwritten calligraphy is packed in envelopes or plastic tubes.

  1. Can I choose express shipping for home décor products?

We do not recommend express shipping for home décor products due to the fragility of products, however, we do offer express shipping for special cases. Please email us for further assistance.

 

  1. Why doesn't Longmo Art show on the packages?

Longmo Art has various suppliers from different countries. Most of our orders are shipped directly from our suppliers.
