Are your frames solid wood and handmade?
Yes. Our frames are crafted from solid natural wood and handmade in small batches. We do not use artificial stains, each frame reflects the wood’s original tone and grain.
Why does production take time?
Because every frame is handmade, production may take longer than mass-produced alternatives. We appreciate your patience as we carefully craft each piece to ensure quality.
Can I customize the mat opening size?
Yes. We can custom cut mat openings to fit your exact artwork dimensions. Please contact us before ordering or put in note when checkout.
Can I request a different mat board color?
Yes. We carry a wide selection of mat board colors beyond what is shown online. Since we offer many options, custom requests are handled by email.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is shipping damage or a defect, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Printing
What is the maximum size for large format printing?
We offer large format printing up to 44 inches wide, with flexible length depending on the material.
What printer do you use?
We print using the Canon PRO-4100S, delivering excellent color accuracy, rich detail, and lasting quality.
What materials do you print on?
We offer professional printing on canvas, photo paper, poster paper, rice paper, and fine art paper, each providing a distinct texture and finish.

How long does it take to process an order?
If the item is in stock, orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on size and material.
What if an item is out of stock?
If a frame or size is currently unavailable, you may place a preorder. Preorder shipping timelines vary based on production batches and material availability.
When will my preorder ship?
Estimated shipping times depend on our production schedule and typically range from 2–8 weeks. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.

Will I need to pay additional taxes or duties?
While most of our international shipments are sent DDP, meaning duties and import taxes are typically included. Customs policies vary by country. In some cases, customers may be required to handle any additional duties or import fees upon delivery.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will promptly assist in tracking the shipment. In the rare case that a package is confirmed lost, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
