Production Timeline:

Each frame is carefully handcrafted and produced to order.

For items currently in stock, processing time is typically 1 to 7 business days.

When a size or finish is temporarily unavailable, production timing will depend on the active batch schedule. Lead times may vary based on material, size, and color selection.

Preorders are available for out-of-stock pieces. Once completed, your order will ship promptly. Estimated turnaround for these items ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific configuration.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.

• Shipping Rate:
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD $199. Orders under $199 ship at a flat rate of CAD $10.
  • International: Free shipping on orders over CAD $299. Orders under $299 ship at a flat rate of CAD $25.
• Please note that oversized artworks or large custom pieces may require additional shipping charges. If applicable, we will contact you before processing your order.
• During high volume periods or unexpected weather, your order may experience additional delays, but rest assured, we strive to expedite delivery as much as possible.
• Shipping to P.O box addresses is not available due to shipment company restrictions.
• Your order will be processed upon credit card verification and authorization.
