• We only offer FREE standard shipping within Canada. Please email customer service if you need express shipping or shipping outside of Canada.
• During high volume periods or unexpected weather, your order could be delayed for additional days but we work as fast as we can to get your order to you.
• Shipping is not available for P.O box addresses due to shipment company restrictions.
• Your order will be processed upon credit card verification and authorization.
• Handmade items need 7-10 business days before shipping.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
• Canada and US: 
• Some items are fragile and easily damaged during air transportation, so we do not provide express shipping for certain products. If there’s any cases which need express shipping for home décor products, please email for further assistance.
