Painting Description: The tiger is the most ferocious of all wild beasts. Its forehead looks like the Chinese character for a king. People call the tiger the "king of beasts". In the Book of Changes, there are: The cloud follows the dragon, and the wind follows the tiger." There is an old saying that goes "The dragon rises and the tiger roars". In large families, the center hallways of their house usually have a pair of tiger portraits, implying the suppression of evilness.
