We deliver to all provinces in Canada.
We ask that you love and care for your Longmo artworks but we know sometimes things happen. But don’t be concerned about damage during the delivery process. We deliver every piece in tough, custom-designed packaging. In the case of damage, Longmo team will assess the damage once it is returned to us and will charge a fee accordingly. In the case of loss, the client will be charged the full retail value of the artwork which is listed in the product page. See Terms of Service for detail.
1. Rental fees will be paid upon signing the agreement.
2. The renter is liable for all loss, damage or theft of the rented artwork at the listed selling price.
3. The renter shall not alter the rented artwork in any way.
4. The renter will reserve the artist’s copyright and shall not reproduce or sell an image the artwork.
5. Upon expiry of the rental agreement, the renter will have five days to return the artwork to Wall Fiction of which the renter is still liable for the artwork at the listed selling price. Wall Fiction can make arrangements to assist in the return of the artwork with all costs paid by the renter.
6. Repairs of any kind from any damage to the artwork including breaking of glass or chipping of frame while in the renters care will be paid for by the renter up to the amount of listed selling price.
